Social and Community Participation — Allied Purple Network NDIS support

Social and Community Participation

Getting out, staying connected and doing what you enjoy matters for your health and your NDIS goals. Supports we offer (Core: Assistance with Social and Community Participation): • Community access support: one-to-one support to attend appointments, shopping, banking, libraries, community centres and local events • Social and recreational support: hobbies, sport, gym, swimming, movies, cafes and social groups • Group outings and activities: small group community activities with shared support ratios to lower cost per participant • Companionship and social support: in-home visits, conversation, games and shared activities to reduce isolation Serving self-managed and plan-managed participants across Melbourne's western suburbs.

Allied Purple Network

Allied Purple Network is a disability support provider in Melbourne's western suburbs, designed around workers first, with fair pay, shared success, and community-led care. When workers thrive, participants thrive too.

Questions about support in the west? We will respond as soon as we can.

The Allied Purple Network respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung, Bunurong, and Wadawurrung Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waterways on which we live, work, and deliver supports across Melbourne's west. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who call this community home.
