About Us

Mission

We provide reliable, person-centred support for people with disability, delivered by workers who share in the success they help create.

Vision

To become Australia's most trusted community-led disability support provider, proving that when support workers have a real stake in the outcome, the people they support get better care.

Brand Statement

The Allied Purple Network was built on one simple conviction: you cannot provide great care if you are not cared for yourself. That is why we designed the business around our workers first, with fair pay, a real share in success, and a genuine say in how things are run. These are not extras. They are the model itself.

Values & Principles

Participant Obsession

We start with the participant and work backwards. Every roster, every decision, and every dollar is measured against one question: does this make life better for the person we support?

Ownership

We act like owners, because in time we will be. We think long term, we never say that is not my job, and we look after the business and each other as our own.

Genuine Care

Every participant receives the care we would want for our own families. Warmth, patience, and dignity are not extras; they are the work.

Earn Trust

We listen more than we speak, we keep our word, and we treat everyone with respect. Trust is earned slowly and guarded closely.

Integrity Always

We do the right thing, even when it is hard and even when no one is watching. Our records, our claims, and our promises are honest.

Stay Humble, Keep Learning

We do not pretend to have every answer. We learn from participants, families, and each other, and we are quick to admit a mistake and put it right.

Insist on the Highest Standards

We hold a high bar for the quality of our support, and we keep raising it. In care, good enough is never good enough.

Respectful Directness

We say what we mean, with kindness and clarity. We raise concerns openly, and once a decision is made we commit to it fully.

Community First, Shared Success

As we grow, so does our responsibility to the people and places around us. We invest in the communities our participants and workers call home, and share the rewards with those who build this business.

Hire and Develop the Best

We raise the bar with every hire, because each one becomes a co-owner who helps shape the care we deliver. We recognise exceptional support workers and grow them into leaders and mentors.

Financially Responsible by Design

We build APN to last, not to extract. We run lean, stay financially healthy for the long term, and make choices our future participants, workers, and communities would thank us for.

Environmental Sustainability

We minimise our footprint wherever we can, choosing recycled and low-waste materials, cutting unnecessary travel and energy use, and working towards net zero as we grow.

Inclusion for All

Every participant and worker is welcome as they are, whatever their culture, language, gender identity, or sexuality. We build a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and genuinely belongs.
